BMW M3 V6..ma non era V8 Superstar?

Leggo da Autoblog:

La prossima BMW M3 abbandonerà l’attuale motore V8 per tornare al tradizionale propulsore a 6 cilindri. La vettura sarà equipaggiata con il motore N54B3OTO che verrà adottato per la prima volta dalla Serie 1 M da 340 CV di potenza. Per la prossima M3, il motore in questione verrà ulteriormente elaborato per poter raggiungere la potenza di 451 CV.

Il primo pensiero è il seguente, ma se la BMW leader del campionato V8 Superstar e vi riporto la classifica dei primi 10 del campionato italiano:

1. Thomas Biagi BMW
2. Max Pigoli MERCEDES
3. Luigi Ferrara MERCEDES
4. Gianni Morbidelli BMW
5. Stefano Gabellini BMW
6. Fabrizio Giovanardi PORSCHE
7. Alberto Cola AUDI
8. Luca Cappellari BMW
9. Francesco Sini MERCEDES
10. Matteo Malucelli CHEVROLET

Se decide di abbandonare il V8 e passare al V6 come farà a partecipare al V8 SUPERSTAR?

Back in September Nismo announced that they were adding an additional authorized NHPC outside of Japan that would be able to offer Nismo’s special edition GT-Rs. Global GT-R in South Africa was given this honor.


This includes not only the Nismo ClubSport Package but also makes them the first NHPC outside Japan to sell the Nismo RC ST1 race car which until now had only been seen during 2010 Japanese Super Taikyu series.


The first Nismo RC ST1 spec car in South Africa, the Global GT-R, made it’s racing debut in the Altech Challenge Series this month pit up against some serious GT cars at Kyalami Circuit. Racing in class A, they ended up in third place on the podium by the end of the day. Not a bad first day out.


Looks like the guys from Global GT-R have a full 2011 season ahead of them and hopefully they will continue to race and develop the Nismo RC ST1 car. It’s really great to see it on the track.
